A 275 departing

The Petersen Museum always hosts some spectacular events, and this month’s Enzo Ferrari birthday cruise in was no exception

Kinja'd!!!

As with any Petersen event, some of the most spectacular cars there were the ones not in the main event, like this 220S

Kinja'd!!!

Another interesting non-Ferrari car at the event was a Midnight Opal R35 GTR. This unique color was only put on 100 R35 GTRs worldwide, 50 of which came to the US market.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

As you can see, in some lights, the color is distinctly purple, where in others, it’s brown.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

The owner of this has something rather special from the Japanese market that I’ll hopefully be seeing soon.

Kinja'd!!!

Obligatory DeLorean

Kinja'd!!!

This E28 M5 got a ton of attention. The license plate? FirstM5.

Kinja'd!!!

Some of you may recognize this Esprit from it’s recent Petrolicious feature.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Who doesn’t love a good GT3?

Kinja'd!!!

This was something rather special. A completely debadged E63 wagon. This man has taste.

Kinja'd!!!

A couple of the guests departed early.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Among them was this beautiful FF with a baby seat in the back.

Kinja'd!!!

This 348 was dressed up like a Challenge, but the targa top makes me curious if it actually is.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

Another special Italian guest got parking among the Ferraris.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

There were a few Testarossas there, including this Flying Mirror car.

Kinja'd!!!

This Dino attracted a huge amount of attention. It was sporting very well worn R888s.

Kinja'd!!!

It had clearly been purpose built.

Kinja'd!!!

I’m not an expert, but I believe this would be a 512TR. What a great looking car.

Kinja'd!!!

Even the Mondial gets love from me when it’s as well cared for as this example was.

Kinja'd!!!

This was my favorite car there by far. A Ferrari 250 GT SWB. The most religious car experience of my life involved this car coming flying by me on the street at full throttle a couple months ago. Apparently the owner drives it HARD.

Kinja'd!!!

Another beautiful classic which showed up was this 275. Well, one of the 275s at the event. There were 2!

Kinja'd!!!

Why a Fiat at a Ferrari show you may ask? Because the Dino had a Ferrari engine!

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

As you can see with this color, it looks black in some lights.

Kinja'd!!!

This was another of the 275s there. It stayed longer after the event ended.

Kinja'd!!! Kinja'd!!!

On the way back, this happened.
